I am my own personal therapist you know why ?
I have figured out that for the past few months my state of mind became too much negative. The times (2019) when I appeared for my exam, I was not that pathetic. I was confident and happy. I used to play basketball and had love for the Brut deodorant.
What is your natural aura? Or What is your default setting? What are the predominant thoughts that your mind is occupied with?
1. Aim at least at something and Love yourself !
After 2020, the mentality changed. From that time on, I have seen myself that I get hopeless, less optimistic, and sad. I need to think about my aim in life and free myself from the shackles that are holding me to move towards it. I think it will help you as well. Because most of time, there are invisible hurdles that are holding your way. You should leave certain mindsets and burn them off. It is uncomfortable but I do it anyway. Since they have not worked, you should do it and see what happens. See the changes. Take care of you, take shower, wear good clothes that you like, love yourself and Think about your aim in life and do not seek other people always.
Issues
Type 2 thinking has given me certain characteristics, certain attitudes which I do not think I completely possess. I think too much in this state and I hesitate too. Sometimes, I just think aimlessly. I forget when to stop my thoughts and take action. My conscious part of the brain is more active in type 2 thinking than my unconscious parts. Too much consciousness has proven something stressful to me. I feel the disgust and uneasiness in my body as well. I have become quite detached or dissociated from my fun sides, funny and laughing sides due to the habit of type 2 thinking too much. Self-centeredness creates these issues. In a social situation, I view myself as different and distinct from others and this creates dissociation and uncomfortable feelings as well.
2. Meet new people, get yourself Outside
Hence, the solution to my issue is to look outside and view the world outside of my world. And pay attention to the reality of the outside world and be practical. At the same time, being unconscious is necessary to a certain extent. Your confident self is in the outside.
3. Take everything easy and have a positive mindset and do not seek a difficult path always.
I think it is stereotypical thinking that we always need to work hard to get something. There is a certain truth to that but I hope you do not stake your health as a result of extreme burnout.
“ Every activity and profession can add personality to your character. Some of the examples of such useful activities where my mental attitude tends to shift in a positive direction are Exercising, dancing, going outside, Meeting with a friend, listening to music, family time, and talking”.
I doubt that I am also not self-focused. I am focused on my identity only. How I am going to be perceived by others is my main concern. I want them to view me as this and that is my concern. I do not give myself time, time to love myself and to do whatever I would like to do. Without peer pressure, and the influence of social impulses, I should do whatever I want to do. Right?

4. Do not try, be and act
Solutions are simple and in my past, I have noticed the fact that the more I tried to become the person I would like to become, the more I felt extreme uneasiness. Hence, the best way to get back to the state is to believe it’s already there. The more you do the activity, the more it comes naturally to you. So, keep doing it. Then You do not have to think too much. Just do it. I am this that and then believe it, don’t try to become the person, just be.
